Easiest EVER 2 Minute Crochet Heart

How sweet are these gorgeous crochet hearts? They are the EASIEST EVER to make and only take 2 minutes! You can make them so fast and they are perfect for decorating all kinds of projects. Hats and scarves to cards and clothing!

I tested these crochet hearts with crochet size 3 thread as well. They are so much fun! And quite a bit smaller than with the cotton worsted weight yarn in the darker purple. You might even try using embroidery thread to make tiny, tiny ones!

These little hearts make great stash busters and I could see them sewn onto an easy hat, like my easiest hat Ever pattern HERE. How many will you make? What colors will you make?

The pattern for these are quite simple. You make an open knot or magic ring. Then ch 3, make 3 treble into the ring, 3 double crochet into the ring. At this point you are half way done. Chain 1, treble into the ring, chain 1. Now make the other side of the heart. 3 double crochet, 3 treble crochet, chain 2 and slip stitch into the ring. Pull the knot closed. Weave in all your ends.

I have also seen people add a bit of glue and place small magnets to the back of the hearts. Then they make the sweetest refrigerator magnets! Super fun and thoughtful gifts!
